Please note that in order to take the written exam, you must have a Washington ID driver's license number with either a photo on it or another physical copy of photo identification with your WDL number . Pre-apply online to create your Washington ID or driver license number. Then bring the license number with you when you come to take the written exam. If you arrive to take the exam and do not have a Washington ID or driver license number, it will be counted as a no-show or late cancelation and you will be charged a cancelation fee.
